The mass media will never give Trump a break and now that he has fired Tillerson they tell us The White House is burning.
I agree that Trump has had serious problems with staffing but I also recognize he has never been in politics, had to staff up quickly and with people he really did not know. It takes time to build a team that you feel comfortable with and his style is completely different, if not off the wall.
Tillerson and Trump was like mixing oil and water. I never thought it would work. Tillerson has also been slow to fill the State Department and tolerated Obama thinking holdovers.
Eventually Trump will get his people in office and, with the impending meeting with N Korea, it is critical he feel comfortable with The Secretary of State, who speaks for The President.
I would have wished Bolton would have gotten the job but Trump's pick seems solid as well.
The White House is not burning down but the Senate needs to quickly approve Trump's choice because time is important in view of the world scene.
I fear this is a perfect time for Putin to do something that would catch NATO flatfooted.

Perhaps the nation would be better off if he chose to end the charade.
Yes, Mueller is now investigating obstruction because he seems to have had difficulty proving collusion. Had he linked the real collusion evidence, he would have to indict his own FBI crowd and even members of the DNC and, of course, Hillary all of whom Mueller appears to have been protecting and/or looking the other way.
We know Comey leaked by his own admission. We know Clapper lied because of his perjured testimony. We know uranium was sold to The Russians and Hillary assisted the transaction and we know the "Steele Dossier" was paid for by Hillary and The DNC, used by The FBI, after discharging the man who wrote it for leaking, yet, the FBI relied upon what the "Dossier" alleged so they could get a FISA Warrant to investigate Trump for collusion.
Mueller seems unwilling and/or unable to connect the boomerang that was launched by Hillary and has come back to whack her and a lot of her cronies up side their "crooked" heads.
We have known D.C is a swamp but now we know some strange sacred fish can/wan tot reside in this swamp but are not likely to bite on anything thrown at them because they prefer the swamp to jail. (See 1 below.)

Indulge me in a little parting humor:
A little old lady is walking around in a supermarket calling out,
Crisco,Crissssssscoooo!
Soon an assistant manager approaches and says, 'Mam, the
Crisco is in Aisle 3.
The woman replies, 'Oh, I'm not looking for the cooking stuff.
I'm calling my husband. He's in here somewhere
The clerk is astonished.
Your husband's name is Crisco?
The woman answers, 'Oh no, no, no. I only call him that when
we're out in Public
I see,' said the clerk.
What do you call him at home?
Lard ass.

Republicans shut down House Russia probe over Democratic objections
U.S. House Intelligence Committee Republicans said on Monday the panel had finished investigating Russia and the 2016 U.S. election, and found no collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Moscow’s efforts to influence the vote.
The committee Republicans said they agreed that Russia sought to influence the election by spreading propaganda and false news reports via social media. However, they disputed the findings of the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigation that Moscow sought to aid Trump, who won a surprise victory over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
“We’re through with interview phase. We’re now in the report drafting phase,” Republican Representative Mike Conaway, who has led the panel’s investigation for the past year, told Reuters.
Representative Adam Schiff, the top committee Democrat, strongly disagreed, and blasted the announcement as a premature shutdown.
The House investigation, one of three main congressional probes of Russia and the 2016 investigation, and possible collusion or obstruction of justice by Trump or his aides, has been marred for months by partisan wrangling, including the release of rival Republican and Democratic memos related to the probe.
The House Intelligence Committee’s chairman, Republican Representative Devin Nunes, recused himself from the investigation last year amid reports he had a secret meeting at the White House. Nunes denied wrongdoing.
The House Republicans made their announcement even as Robert Mueller, the U.S. special counsel for the Russia probe, seems to be stepping up his investigation. Last week, former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg spent six hours before a grand jury called by Mueller, and former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort pleaded not guilty to criminal charges.
“While the Majority members of our committee have indicated for some time that they have been under great pressure to end the investigation, it is nonetheless another tragic milestone for this Congress, and represents yet another capitulation to the executive branch,” Schiff said in a statement.
Conaway rejected that charge.
Trump took to Twitter to note the announcement, typing in all capital letters, that the House committee had found no evidence of collusion or coordination after a 14-month-long“in-depth investigation.”

Which side of the fence?
If you ever wondered which side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!
If a Republican doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a Democrat doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a Republican is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a Democrat is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
If a Republican is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a Democrat is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.
If a Republican is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
If a Democrat is down-and-out he wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a Republican doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
A Democrat demands that those they don't like be shut down.
If a Republican is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A Democrat non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.
If a Republican decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it
If a Democrat decides he needs health care, he demands that the rest of us pay for his.
If a Republican is unhappy with an election, he grumbles and goes to work the next day.
If a Democrat is unhappy with an election, he burns down a Starbucks, throws rocks at cops and takes two-weeks off for therapy.
If a Republican reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A Democrat will delete it because he's "offended."
