Washington is gigantic, corrupt, and unaccountable. Can this giant be cut down to size? Yes, but not by Congress. Only by we the people. It's called a Convention of States, and it's right there, in Article V of the Constitution. Jim DeMint, former senator from South Carolina, explains.

I am often told Trump and his Administration have accomplished nothing and then I tell everyone what about this and all in the face of almost total Democrat obstruction. I then remind them that Trump has been in office less than 9 months and has over 3 years left.
Based on his presidency , as I wrote in a LTE, Trump should be impeached for his conduct because he is one of the very few presidents to do what he said he would when he campaigned. The more recent other presidents were Reagan and Obama. Since Obama did what he said he would , transform and radicalize America, Trump became president.(See 2 below.)

1)The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Aircraft: What It Brings to the IAF
By Yaakov Lappin
BESA Center Perspectives Paper No. 629, October 29, 2017

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft is about to become
fully operational in the Israel Air Force. An intelligence-gathering machine
in a league of its own, the F-35 can evade the various enemy radar systems
deployed in the northern arena. It will play a key role in Israel’s quest to
stop Iran and its proxies from creating a threatening military outpost in
Syria, and will also help Israel guard against Hezbollah’s heavily armed
fortress in Lebanon. The new platform will also boost Israel’s long-range
capabilities.
The Lockheed Martin-produced aircraft, which is due to become fully
operational in December of this year, brings with it a number of new
capabilities that ideally suit Israel’s requirements in terms of monitoring
and, when necessary, striking Iranian-Hezbollah-Syrian military targets in
Syria and Lebanon. The aircraft is well suited for the mission of
selectively targeting the ongoing Iranian-Hezbollah weapons trafficking
program.
The F-35 is an intelligence-gathering machine in a league of its own. It is
able to deploy a range of sensors to gather detailed information on events
on the ground. It can fuse unprecedented quantities of intelligence
automatically, then share it with other aircraft and with the Israel Air
Force’s (IAF) ground control stations.
This intelligence can then be sent to Israel’s Military Intelligence
Directorate for further analysis and for the creation of a large databank of
targets.
This will provide Israel with a significantly enhanced picture of the
activities of Iran, Hezbollah, and the Assad regime throughout the northern
arena. It will also give Israel a strong starting position in the event of
an escalation of the security situation, since these targets can be struck
in the future.
In mid-October, an Assad regime SA-5 surface-to-air missile battery detected
and fired upon Israeli jets, which were reportedly on an
intelligence-gathering mission over Lebanon. That incident is an indication
of a growing Iranian-Assad-Hezbollah determination to harass Israel’s
intelligence operations.
But the F-35, with its stealth capabilities, should be able to evade enemy
radar detection, making such crucial missions smoother.
Israeli F-35s could be sent to gather intelligence in contested air space
filled with hostile radar systems and avoid detection.
IAF officials say they are also working on getting the F-35 to communicate
effectively with the older, fourth-generation F-16s and F-15s. In combat
situations, the F-35s would be able to spearhead operations, moving first
into contested battle zones, striking enemy targets before being detected,
and sending back valuable data to the fourth-generation aircraft.
Such capabilities will be critical going forward, as both Syria and Lebanon
have become filled with a variety of surface-to-air missile systems. Several
different types of missile batteries are in the possession of Hezbollah and
the Assad regime.
In recent years, Russia has also stationed its advanced S-300 and S-400
batteries in Syria.
The F-35’s value in this increasingly complex and challenging environment is
clear. It becomes even more pronounced when examining Israel’s need to
improve its long-range strike capabilities in the event of a conflict with
Iran. The F-35 has unique long-range capabilities.
By 2024, Israel will have two full squadrons of F-35 A jets – a total of 50
aircraft. The last 17 of these jets were purchased by Israel in August of
this year.
The Planning and Organization Department within the IAF is in the midst of
intensive preparations aimed at integrating the F-35 into daily operations.
The IAF expects the new aircraft to affect the way the rest of the air force
operates and to boost Israeli capabilities across the board. The IDF’s
ground forces, too, could experience its benefits. The F-35’s data could be
relayed quickly to units on the ground, improving their lethality and battle
space awareness.
For now, the IAF is continuing to gather vast quantities of intelligence and
engage in low-profile action against the radical Shi’ite axis to the north –
but it is also planning for the possibility of open conflict. If such
conflict unfolds, the IAF will unleash waves of heavy firepower never before
seen in the region’s military history. The F-35’s unique awareness of its
combat environment will let it take a leading role in such operations.

1a) IDF Destroys Attack Tunnel In Israel Territory Built After 2014 War
The IDF on Monday “neutralized a terror tunnel” that was discovered inside Israeli territory near the Gaza Strip and is believed to have been dug after the 2014 war, the army said.
The military said the tunnel had been under surveillance for an extended period of time and was under active construction at the time of the demolition.
The tunnel, which the IDF described as a “grave and unacceptable violation of Israeli sovereignty,” started in the Gazan city of Khan Younis, crossing under the border and approaching the Israeli community of Kibbutz Kissufim, the army said.
“The tunnel was detonated from within Israel, adjacent to the security fence,” the military said in a statement. IDF spokesperson Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus said the tunnel was approximately two kilometers away from the Israeli kibbutz. He said it did not pose a threat to the residents.
The demolition was carried out near the fence separating Israel from Gaza.
The tunnel was discovered by a new, advanced piece of technology that was being used for the first time, Conricus told reporters. He would not specify what type of equipment was used.
It was the third such tunnel that the military has said it’s destroyed since the 2014 Gaza war, known in Israel as Operation Protective Edge. However, the first two tunnels, which were demolished last year, were believed to be leftovers from the 2014 conflict, whereas the tunnel that was detonated on Monday was “in progress,” according to Conricus.
The destruction of the tunnel was ærst reported by Palestinian media on Monday afternoon. The reports said it was carried out by airstrike.
The IDF initially contradicted those reports, saying it was a “controlled demolition,” but Conricus later clarified that the military would not comment on what munitions were used.
The IDF officers said it was not immediately clear who dug the tunnel, but that ultimately the Israeli army holds Hamas “accountable and responsible” as it is the governing figure in the Strip.
Hamas did not immediately comment on the demolition.
The news site Palestine Today, which is affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group, reported that a number of members from the group’s armed wing, Saraya Al-Quds, were incommunicado after the Israeli army destroyed the tunnel on Monday.
Conricus would not comment on the dimensions of the tunnel, specifically its depth and length. The military could not discern that the entire tunnel was destroyed.
“The IDF does not intend to escalate the situation but stands prepared for a variety of scenarios,” the army said.
The officer added that the “IDF is working above- and below-ground to thwart attempts to harm Israeli civilians and protect the relative calm in the area.”
The IDF set up additional Iron Dome missile defense batteries in the area in case terror groups in the Strip æred rockets in response to the demolition.
This summer, Israel began work on an underground barrier that is meant to counter attack tunnels. The army said the construction of the barrier was not connected to the discover and demolition of Monday’s tunnel.
Dov Lieber contributed to this report.

3)Butch the Rooster
Sarah was in the fertilized egg business. She had several hundred young pullets and ten roosters to fertilize the eggs.
She kept records and any rooster not performing went into the soup pot and was replaced.
This took a lot of time, so she bought some tiny bells and attached them to her roosters. Each bell had a different tone, so she could tell from a distance which rooster was performing. Now, she could sit on the porch and fill out an efficiency report by just listening to the bells.
Sarah's favourite rooster, old Butch, was a very fine specimen but, this morning she noticed old Butch's bell hadn't rung at all! When she went to investigate, she saw the other roosters were busy chasing pullets, bells-a-ringing, but the pullets hearing the roosters coming, would run for cover.
To Sarah's amazement, old Butch had his bell in his beak, so it couldn't ring. He'd sneak up on a pullet, do his job, and walk on to the next one.
Sarah was so proud of old Butch, she entered him in a Show and he became an overnight sensation among the judges.
The result was the judges not only awarded old Butch the "No Bell Peace Prize" they also awarded him the "Pulletsurprise" as well.
Clearly old Butch was a politician in the making. Who else but a politician could figure out how to win two of the most coveted awards on our planet by being the best at sneaking up on the unsuspecting populace and screwing them when they weren't paying attention?
Vote carefully in the next election. You can't always hear the bells.

GOOGLE: No sir, it's Google Pizza.
CALLER: I must have dialed a wrong number. Sorry.
GOOGLE: No sir, Google bought Gordon’s Pizza last month.
CALLER: OK. I would like to order a pizza.
GOOGLE: Do you want your usual, sir?
CALLER: My usual? You know me?
GOOGLE: According to our caller ID data sheet, the last 12 times you called you ordered an extra-large pizza with three cheeses, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms
and meatballs on a thick crust.
CALLER: OK! That’s what I want …
GOOGLE: May I suggest that this time you order a pizza with ricotta, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and olives on a whole wheat gluten free thin crust?
CALLER: What? I detest vegetables.
GOOGLE: Your cholesterol is not good, sir.
CALLER: How the hell do you know?
GOOGLE: Well, we cross-referenced your home phone number with your medical records. We have the result of your blood tests for the last 7 years.
CALLER: Okay, but I do not want your rotten vegetable pizza! I already take medication for my cholesterol.
GOOGLE: Excuse me sir, but you have not taken your medication regularly. According to our database, you only purchased a box of 30 cholesterol tablets once, at Drug RX Network, 4 months ago.
CALLER: I bought more from another drugstore.
GOOGLE: That doesn’t show on your credit card statement.
CALLER: I paid in cash.
GOOGLE: But you did not withdraw enough cash according to your bank statement.
CALLER: I have other sources of cash.
GOOGLE: That doesn’t show on your last tax return unless you bought them using an undeclared income source, which is against the law.
CALLER: WHAT THE HELL?
GOOGLE: I'm sorry, sir, we use such information only with the sole intention of helping you.
CALLER: Enough already! I'm sick to death of Google, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and all the others. I'm going to an island without internet, cable TV, ,addwhere there is no cell phone service and no one to watch me or spy on me.
GOOGLE: I understand sir, but you need to renew your passport first. It expired 6 weeks ago…
3b)The Stranger
A few years after I was born, my Dad met a stranger who was new to our small town.
From the beginning, Dad was fascinated with this enchanting newcomer and soon invited him into our family. The stranger was quickly accepted and was around from then on
As I grew up, I never questioned his place in my family. In my young mind, he had a special niche.
My parents were complementary instructors: Mom taught me good from evil, and Dad taught me to obey.
But the stranger... he was our storyteller. He would keep us spellbound for hours on end with adventures, mysteries and comedies.
If I wanted to know anything about politics, history or science, he always knew the answers about the past, understood the present and even seemed able to predict the future! He took my family to the first major league ball game. He made me laugh, and he made me cry. The stranger never stopped talking, but Dad didn't seem to mind.
Sometimes, Mom would get up quietly while the rest of us were shushing each other to listen to what he had to say, and she would go to the kitchen for peace and quiet. (I wonder now if she ever prayed for the stranger to leave.)
Dad ruled our household with certain moral convictions, but the stranger never felt obligated to honor them. Profanity, for example, was not allowed in our home - not from us, our friends or any visitors. Our long time visitor, however, got away with four-letter words that burned my ears and made my dad squirm and my mother blush.
My Dad didn't permit the liberal use of alcohol but the stranger encouraged us to try it on a regular basis. He made cigarettes look cool, cigars manly, and pipes distinguished.
He talked freely (much too freely!) about sex. His comments were sometimes blatant, sometimes suggestive, and generally embarrassing. I now know that my early concepts about relationships were influenced strongly by the stranger. Time after time, he opposed the values of my parents, yet he was seldom rebuked ... And NEVER asked to leave.
More than fifty years have passed since the stranger moved in with our family. He has blended right in and is not nearly as fascinating as he was at first. Still, if you could walk into my parents' den today, you would still find him sitting over in his corner, waiting for someone to listen to him talk and watch him draw his pictures
His name?
We just call him.... 'TV.'
He has a wife now - we call her 'Computer.'
Their first child is "Cell Phone".
Second child "I Pod "
And just born a few years ago was a Grandchild:
Called IPAD.
