I have been away from the news and my computer for the past four days so I missed Hillary's nasty comment about the "deplorable s" but I do believe what we heard was the real Hillary and not the one who has been told by her advisers and handlers  to be more cuddly, to lower her voice, to humanize herself.

The real Hillary is more than capable of being a role model for the devil's wife.
I have that on authority from a former detail agent.

She is 'deplorable.' (See , 1a, 1b and 1c  below.)

These questions came from a dear friend of very long standing and fellow memo reader.  He was a practicing psychiatrist until his retirement and knows something about Communism having had to flee Castro.

No  press or media person will ever ask those questions of Mrs. Clinton and if they did  it might send her into a coughing convulsion which would force her to leave the podium.(See 2, 2a and 2b below.)

1)Clinton Calls Trump Supporters ‘Basket Of Deplorables’

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton “ripped off her mask” Friday night by denigrating half of Donald Trump’s supporters as belonging in a “basket of deplorables,” the Trump campaign said in response to Clinton’s name-calling.

Clinton was speaking at a fundraising dinner in New York Friday night when she attacked Trump’s supporters.

“To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the ‘basket of deplorables.’ Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it,” Cinton said.

“And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up … he tweets and retweets offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric,” she added.


“Some of those folks — they are irredeemable, but thankfully they are not America,” she later said.

Trump’s senior communications adviser, Jason Miller, fired back, saying Clinton had “ripped off her mask and revealed her true contempt for everyday Americans.”

“Tonight’s comments were more than another example of Clinton lying to the country about her emails, jeopardizing our national security, or even calling citizens ‘super-predators,'” Mil said in a statement. “This was Clinton, as a defender of Washington’s rigged system — telling the American public that she could care less about them.

“And what’s truly deplorable isn’t just that Hillary Clinton made an inexcusable mistake in front of wealthy donors and reporters happened to be around to catch it, it’s that Clinton revealed just how little she thinks of the hard-working men and women of America,” the statement said.

Trump added to the fray on Saturday with a tweet of his own.

Wow, Hillary Clinton was SO INSULTING to my supporters, millions of amazing, hard working people. I think it will cost her at the Polls!

1b)Clinton’s “Deplorable” Gift to Trump

It took the Hillary Clinton campaign a day to figure out their candidate had made a big mistake when she took at shot at supporters of Donald Trump. And, as is often the case, with unforced errors, it was a little too little, too late. Clinton’s statement at an LGBT fundraiser—“You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the ‘basket of deplorables.’ Right?”—had all the hallmarks of a classic gaffe and immediately raised comparisons to Mitt Romney’s infamous “47 percent” remark in 2012. Her partisans insisted from the moment they learned of that the whole thing was either no big deal or a spasm of wondrous truth-telling, but just like their dogged insistence that her emails don’t matter to voters, the spin fell flat.

This will stick to Clinton because (like Romney’s remark) it illustrates the contempt she has for all those who don’t support her. If, as the tape shows, her audience laughed on cue when she prodded them to agree, it’s because they share her belief that their opponents aren’t merely wrong but unworthy of respect as fellow citizens. If, as liberals keep insisting, they are fighting for a culture of civility against right-wingers spreading hate, it’s hard to see how that cause is advanced when Clinton continues to speak this way.

But while such statements are to be deplored as a matter of basic civics, this was a gift to Trump at a particularly inopportune moment. Clinton’s had a bad few weeks as the steady drip-drip-drip of information about her email scandal has continued to expose the lies she’s been telling about what she’s done ever since the story first broke. The challenge to her credibility has hurt her in the polls and caused a race that had seemed hers to lose in August to tighten. On Friday she provided yet another reason for voters to doubt her.

Worse than that, this line of attack is just what Trump needs to consolidate Republican support. One of his greatest weaknesses is the reluctance of mainstream Republicans, especially college educated voters and women, to fall in line behind a candidate that they not only don’t like but also disagree with on many major issues. But if there’s anything that helps promote party unity, it’s the sort of indiscriminate slur against all GOP voters like the one that Clinton employed to the snickers of her liberal backers.

We have repeatedly pointed out here that Trump has much to answer for with his dog whistling and open flirting with racist elements on the right. His numerous indiscriminate attacks on Hispanics and Muslims have empowered alt-right propagandists that believe Trump is signaling that he is their champion. His rise has caused these forces, which openly promote a form white nationalism and anti-Semitism, to crawl into the mainstream from the fever swamps where they had previously been confined. Trump’s choice of Breitbart.com’s Steve Bannon as his campaign CEO has opened him up to even more criticism on this score.

But to describe the millions of people who have voted for him in the primaries and the many more who will do so again in the general election because he is, like it or not, the nominee of their party, as “deplorables” is to cast the election in the kind of terms that do more to promote division and hatred than to bring us together. Her subsequent backtrack to say that she didn’t mean to say “half” of Trump voters were hate mongers isn’t nearly good enough. How many of them does she deplore? A third? A quarter? A tenth? Any way you slice it, if she wanted to provide a reason for those considering voting for Trump only because of their dim opinion of Clinton, she gave them another.

1c) Clinton and the ‘Deplorables’

Her comments about Trump voters—her fellow Americans—show why she could lose.

In one of Saturday Night Live’s more memorable political skits, Jon Lovitz playing Michael Dukakis in 1988 exclaims after another silly statement by Dana Carvey as George H.W. Bush that “I can’t believe I’m losing to this guy!” More than a few Democrats are beginning to wonder if Hillary Clinton could soon be saying that about Donald Trump, of all people.

That’s the essence of a Friday story in the Washington Post headlined “Democrats wonder and worry: Why isn’t Clinton far ahead of Trump?” The reporters quote former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle as saying that given “all the things that Trump has done, the numbers should be far more explicitly in her favor, but they’re not.”

The tone is Lovitz-like disbelief, which helps to explain why the polls are tightening. Democrats have convinced themselves that Mr. Trump is such a threat to the republic that they can’t recognize that Mrs. Clinton is equally as unacceptable to most of the country. In a year when most Americans want change in Washington, Democrats don’t want to admit that they’ve nominated the epitome of the self-dealing status quo that disdains their fellow Americans.

Consider the reaction over the weekend to Mrs. Clinton’s comments Friday night that “just to be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the ‘basket of deplorables.’ Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic—you name it.”

The remarks echo Mitt Romney’s comment in 2012 about the 47% on the government dole. The media played up the Romney comments as emblematic of an out-of-touch rich guy, and they probably contributed to his defeat. Mrs. Clinton’s comments were arguably worse, attributing hateful motives to tens of millions of Americans, but the media reaction has treated it like a mere foot fault.

Mrs. Clinton apologized, sort of, on Saturday by saying in a statement that, “Last night I was ‘grossly generalistic,’ and that’s never a good idea. I regret saying ‘half’—that was wrong.” But she went on to say she was otherwise right because some of Mr. Trump’s supporters are the likes of David Duke.

Yet the rest of what she said was almost as insulting. She said Mr. Trump’s other supporters are “people who feel that the government has let them down, the economy has let them down, nobody cares about them, nobody worries about what happens to their lives and their futures, and they’re just desperate for change. It doesn’t really even matter where it comes from. They don’t buy everything he says, but he seems to hold out some hope that their lives will be different. They won’t wake up and see their jobs disappear, lose a kid to heroin, feel like they’re in a dead-end. Those are people we have to understand and empathize with as well.”

So she thinks half of Mr. Trump’s voters are loathsome bigots and the other half are losers and dupes who deserve Democratic pity. It’s no accident that Mrs. Clinton said this at a fundraiser headlined by Barbra Streisand, the friendliest of crowds, because this really is what today’s elite progressives believe about America’s great unwashed.

Mr. Trump has certainly made appalling comments, but Republicans and media conservatives have criticized him for it. They denounced his praise of Vladimir Putin. They assailed his attacks on Judge Gonzalo Curiel and his insensitivity to the Khan family. Some have said they can’t support the GOP nominee.

But where are the Democrats raising doubts about Mrs. Clinton’s behavior? Mrs. Clinton reneged on her confirmation promise to the Senate not to mix her State Department duties with the Clinton Foundation by doing favors for donors. She maintained a private email server to hide her official emails and lied about it to the public. Yet no prominent Democrat we know has denounced this deception, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says there’s “too much ado” about it.

The great liberal media watchdogs aren’t challenging Mrs. Clinton either. They’re beating up NBC’s Matt Lauer because he spent too much time asking Mrs. Clinton about the emails during last week’s military forum. This is best understood as a collective warning to the moderators of the coming debates not to jeopardize their standing in polite progressive company by doing the same.

As Mrs. Clinton’s support has eroded in the polls, Democrats are figuring out that they may have nominated the only candidate who could lose to Donald Trump. But then they didn’t give themselves many good choices. Their Congressional leaders are old, and their bench in the states is thin after their election wipeouts of 2010 and 2014. Mrs. Clinton’s bid to be the first woman President fit the party’s priority for identity politics, and the Clinton machine would do what it takes to win.

Mrs. Clinton is still leading, and Mr. Trump is always a driverless-car accident waiting to happen. But it’s also obvious that a majority of Americans do not want to vote for an extension of the Clinton dynasty. They aren’t “deplorables.” They’ve seen Mrs. Clinton in public life for 25 years and they know what they’ll be getting if she wins.

2a) Doctor: Hillary Clinton Has Pneumoia

Hillary Clinton's doctor released a statement on Sunday saying the Democratic presidential nominee was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, and CNN is reporting that her campaign said a scheduled fundraising trip to California on Monday is being evaluated.

2b)  If elected president dies before the electors vote which on monday after the
2nd wednesdy in december the electors vote for whomever they want, if no
majority is established, then the house will elect the president, if the
person dies after the electors vote but before inauguration it is unknown
what would happen but more then likely the V P would assume presidency.

Developer has plan for Beechview

A Squirrel Hill developer has a $4 million plan to restore dilapidated properties along Beechview's main street that were once owned by fugitive developer Bernardo Katz.

Atlas Development, which has operated out of a neighborhood coffee shop during the past year, wants to restore three buildings on Broadway for a boutique hotel and hostel, a restaurant with apartments on the upper floor and offices.

Daniel Berkowitz, Atlas' managing partner, said he focused on Beechview because it has direct access to light rail transit, is within 10 minutes of Downtown and younger people are moving in because it's affordable.

“We actually think that whatever we spend by way of money or complexity on these projects, that once this neighborhood gets moving again, we will have done well and will have done good,” Berkowitz said.

Pittsburgh's Urban Redevelopment Authority, which owns the properties, Thursday approved the sale of 1619 Broadway to Atlas for $25,000. The company plans a complete renovation of the interior and facade and plans to move its headquarters there and rent office space to two other tenants, Berkowitz said.

Atlas is negotiating with the URA to purchase 1600-1602 and 1601 Broadway, city officials said.

The three properties once were owned by former Mt. Lebanon developer Katz, who fled the United States in 2007 to avoid prosecution in a mortgage scheme. Katz once owned 80 percent of Beechview's business district and left a trail of dilapidated properties in his wake.

“Hallelujah,” said state Sen. Wayne Fontana, D-Brookline, who has worked alongside city officials to secure the properties and find new owners. “I'm so sick of Bernardo Katz, it's not even funny. Atlas Development is a positive thing for Beechview.”

Berkowitz said Atlas has secured building permits for 1619 and 1601 and is prepared to begin construction in the fall if the URA approves its plans for the latter property and it can secure financing.

He said the Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment has approved variances for the hotel and hostel, but the company has not yet applied for a building permit. He said public subsidy will be necessary to complete the project.

Berkowitz said he's experienced much skepticism from residents because of their experience with Katz, but Atlas would “prove through action what we say.”

Pittsburgh City Councilwoman Natalia Rudiak of Carrick, who represents Beechview, said Berkowitz is no Katz. She noted that he renovated a large apartment building on Fallowfield Avenue without public subsidy and has worked closely with public officials and residents on his other projects.

“I know people who live in those apartments who think they are fantastic and think that he is a good landlord,” she said. “You can't do much more than that to show that you mean business.”

She and Fontana said the Atlas projects, if successful, would attract more investors to the neighborhood.

It would leave three abandoned Katz properties in Beechview. The city last year seized the tax delinquent properties and they are available for sale.
