Is Mueller A Second Rate Plumber? Call Me Crazy. Christian World At War. Brain Pill Might Work for Democrats. Obama Does it Again.

If someone accused me/you of murder and the investigating detective concluded we were not involved should we not expect he/she would seek out the basis for the accusation?

This is the point Kim made in her latest op ed  I  posted. Why did Mueller not pursue the genesis of the charge of Russian Collusion?  Why did Mueller not pursue the investigation of the Steele Dossier, who financed it, how it was financed and, most importantly, why was there such a dossier in the first place.

Because Mueller had been head of The FBI and was intimately linked to Comey one would think Mueller would have queried Comey and learned everything Comey and his crowd of senior gum shoes knew but he either did not or chose to disregard and/or pursue what he learned. Is that not strange?  Is that not worth understanding?

We know  Obama's then Atty. General met with Hillary's husband and  subsequently allowed Comey to take over and decide for her regarding Hillary's questionable behaviour and suggested he change the language when he pronounced his verdict thereby, holding her to a lesser standard in order to avoid the inevitable conclusion.

We also know several other senior FBI officials were engaged in seeking FISA Warrants based on withheld information while they were contemporaneously engaged in crafting an insurance policy should Trump win and during the campaign sought to infiltrate and spy.

In addition we know two of the top members of various intelligence agencies were actively engaged in working with Comey and against the Trump campaign and have continuously and publicly expressed themselves in an accusative manner suggesting Trump's behaviour was treasonous.

Yet, when it came to all of this what Republican's Nunes , Jordan and  Graham brought to Mueller's attention evoked no action and/or inquiry. Why?

Finally, we know Mueller exonerated Trump of Collusion after an expenditure of $30 plus million over a period of two years when, he already knew, there was no there, there. Why would Mueller allow this sword to hang over an otherwise innocent president?  Was Mueller so imbued with his mission he lost sight of it's impact on the operation of The Oval Office.  Did he not consider the negative cloud his continued and unnecessary investigation had on Trump's ability to perform. Did Mueller put partisan bias above nation?

If one looks objectively at the above and what Trump has accomplished during the first two plus  years of his term in office it is rather amazing and I have yet to discuss the obstructive behaviour of the Democrats during this time because the mass media were hell bent on perpetuating negativism regarding his unorthodox style of governance.

Finally, we get to the matter of Mueller's inability to conclude, since there was no collusion, why he could not pronounce Trump also did not obstruct. Instead hMuellerlaid out a ying, yang case Trump might have but then again Trump might not have.  So Mueller threw the ball to Barr who ruled, based on Justice Department Guidelines, Trump did not obstruct an illegal act that never occurred nor was "any" American involved although it was evident Russia did interfere in our election as Obama had done in Israel's against Bibi

Mueller, by taking this route accomplished two goals, intended or otherwise.

First he allowed blood thirsty Trump Haters an opportunity to impugn Barr  and second he provided information for the same crowd of Democrats to proceed to construct a political case for impeachment so the "witch hunt" could continue.  This is where Mueller has left us.

Soon the investigative report of the FBI and office of The Atty. General will be released by the department's internal authority and we will finally have another layer of this sordid episode laid bare and, as I have said , the music will begin and I suspect the notes will find their way both up and down the halls of The White House and beyond.

In the final analysis, is Mueller a second rate plumber?

Is Trump the ogre Haters and Democrats want you to believe because of his unorthodox style? Do they rise to the level of impeachment?  Have Trump's efforts, at draining the swamp of arrogant establishment types who seek retaining power over the nation's interests, been used to bring him down and to disparage his accomplishments?

Stay tuned, you decide and I always welcome challenges to what I have written. (See 1 below.)

As I wrote recently, the Christian World is at war whether they realize it or not.

I also am going out on another limb and making another connection. Islamic Terrorism is significantly, financially supported by the growth and sale of narcotics to the Western World.   In essence, as the Western World becomes addicted and less capable of performing, it is financing its own eventual demise.

Call me crazy but I believe this.( See 2 below.)

1) Mueller Is Circling the Drain

Certain aspects of the process whereby Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel challenge the legitimacy of the entire undertaking.  To understand them, we must dip into the legalese surrounding the appointment process, but at least that weighty language is mercifully short. Please read Rod Rosenstein's letter appointing Robert Mueller as special counsel.  It is readily available online.  The following quotation from the letter extracts its essence:

By virtue of the authority vested in me as acting Attorney General . . . , I hereby order as follows:
(a)  Robert S. Mueller is appointed to serve as Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice.
(b)  The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James B. Comey in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:

(i)  Any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii)  Any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii)  Any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).
(c) ...
(d) § 600.4 through 600.10 of title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations are applicable to the Special Counsel.
The first thing to notice is that Rosenstein's letter explicitly directs Mueller to investigate Trump-Russia collusion and only incidentally extends his investigatory purview to other matters.  In short, it does not say Mueller should investigate general Russian government efforts to meddle in our election process.  Mueller was free to investigate Russian meddling, but his only true directive was to investigate the Trump campaign.

Recent babble about how the Mueller report did wonderful things to expose Russian misdeeds that did not involve the Trump campaign is misdirectional nonsense.  Mueller was never directed to look into Russian meddling in our election, and he never felt disposed to do such a thing in a serious way.  It is true that he indicted a bunch of Russians for their social media shenanigans, but that was a superficial effort.  We have not had a thorough investigation into how Russia tried to subvert our election process.

The second thing to notice in Rosenstein's letter is that it explicitly defines the special counsel's work as a continuation of Crossfire Hurricane — the FBI counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign.  Every day now, new releases of previously hidden information are exposing that investigation as an effort to frame the Trump campaign using a fabricated predicate that had no concrete basis.  Crossfire Hurricane is proving to be a central element in the bloodless coup that conservatives now believe was launched to topple Trump, so it follows that the Mueller investigation is complicit.  Most conservatives already think this is the case, but Rosenstein's letter perhaps makes it possible to hold Mueller and his partisan crowd of investigators legally responsible to some degree.
Since the Mueller investigation was nothing more than an extension of Crossfire Hurricane, it logically follows that the key FBI investigators conducting Crossfire Hurricane were obliged to brief Mueller on everything they had done and everything they had discovered up to then.  This would necessarily include information regarding the specific crime that was used to justify opening up Crossfire Hurricane.  Given the details we now know about how George Papadopoulos was set up in a sting operation involving "friendlies" rather than Russkies, that basis has been discredited.  Given the details we now know about how salacious and unverified — and indeed utterly untruthful — the Clinton-Steele dossier is, the FBI will not be able to use it as the justification for initiating Crossfire Hurricane.
Mueller had to have been informed of these matters at the time he started his investigation.  He must have known from the start that Crossfire Hurricane was an illegal undertaking, but he did nothing to expose it.  Mueller must be investigated.  Ironically, he might be guilty of obstructing justice by misdirecting his own investigation.

In addition, there is the messy fact that Peter Strzok, who was the lead investigator for Crossfire Hurricane, was recruited into the Mueller investigation at its outset. Strzok had to have briefed Mueller on the details of Crossfire Hurricane; he had to have confessed the lack of any evidence of Trump-Russia collusion.  He had already put himself on record as having communicated to his paramour Lisa Page that he was reluctant to go to work for the Mueller investigation because "there's no big there there."  Strzok may dance around it, but any reasonable person reviewing the exchanges between those two would have to conclude that Crossfire Hurricane had not found any evidence of conspiracy between Trump and Russia.

One more observation about Strzok: In one of his text messages to Lisa Page, he claimed that in a recent high-level meeting (early August of 2016), an attendee (redacted, of course) had claimed that the White House was directing the investigation.  Strzok pushed back against this contention, but the question is, did Mueller look into this?  Judging from his final report, he did not.

The predicate for Crossfire Hurricane was nonexistent, the investigation itself turned up nothing incriminating during its eight-month existence, and Strzok revealed possible interference from the White House.  Mueller knew all this at the start of his own investigation but nonetheless kept his eye on the designated target.
Two final points: Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations contains a section that specifies the conditions under which a Special Counsel may be appointed.
§ 600.1 Grounds for appointing a Special Counsel.
The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted; and
(a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney's Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and
(b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.
There are two points to be made about the grounds for appointing a special counsel.  The first is that (in this case) the acting attorney general has to determine that a criminal investigation is warranted.  Given Rosenstein's letter, he had to have determined that there was compelling evidence that Trump and Russia conspired. He must be pressed to make public the specific nature of that evidence — and if he cannot provide it, then his appointment of a special counsel was illegitimate.

The second point is that appointment of a special counsel is triggered by a conflict of interest within the Department of Justice or some other extraordinary circumstance.  Most likely, Rosenstein will point to an extraordinary circumstance (investigation of a sitting president) as the trigger.  The potential for political bias would be the logical justification for asserting "extraordinary circumstance," in which case Mueller would know that avoidance of even the appearance of political bias was critically important to his investigation.  Given this reality, why did he hire a bunch of Clinton-supporters whose sympathies with the Democrats and Hillary were public knowledge?  Answer: He knew that his only real job was to nail Trump, and for that, he would need investigators like Andrew Weissmann — more interested in successful prosecution than pursuit of the truth.

2) The Attacks on Christians and America's First Freedom

The Islamic State (ISIS) has now taken credit for the Muslim massacre of Christians in Sri Lana. On average over 300 Christians a month are killed for their faith globally. This is the end result of a campaign of disrespect and hate towards Christians that have become a significant theme of American politics as well.

Is it merely coincidental that the most rapidly rising candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, Pete Buttigieg launched his campaign with an unfounded and unprovoked attack on America’s vice president because he is a Christian. In fact, as Buttigieg’s governor in Indiana, Pence had been particularly generous to Buttigieg when he publicly revealed his sexual orientation. But Buttigieg would not be dissuaded by Pence’s gesture of tolerance

Buttigieg’s hatred was inspired by Pence’s Christian beliefs not any anti-gay behavior on his part. In other words, it was an assault on Americans’ most basic freedom – religious liberty. Buttigieg’s attack took place without so much as a demurral from any national Democratic figure, and in fact led directly to Buttigieg’s ascension to third place in the Democratic primary race. That alone speaks volumes about the anti-Christian prejudices manifested by the left in this country.

Consider Barack Obama, who referred to the Sri-Lankans murdered in church as “Easter worshippers” -- as though they were druids on holiday rather than Christians worshipping their savior on the day they believed He rose from the dead. The other side of this disrespect is the zeal with which leftists have closed ranks around supporters of the Islamic war against infidels like congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, both of whom have done fund-raising speeches for terrorist-related groups.

In a recent article about the Sri Lanka attacks in National Review, Doug Bandow writes: “Christianity’s dominant role in American culture has obscured the fact that it is the most persecuted faith globally.” In fact Christianity is almost invisible in America’s public culture and is its most persecuted faith as well. (In terms of violent acts, filed under “hate crimes,” Jews are the most frequent targets, thanks to the anti-Semitic propaganda emanating from Muslim Brotherhood front groups and bigots like Ilhan Omar.  But unlike Jews, Christians are attacked for the specific beliefs of their faith.)

The Christians who created America made religious liberty and freedom of conscience the foundation of all Americans’ other freedoms. In doing so Christians gave a great gift, not only to Americans but to people all over the world whose freedoms Americans have defended. This America is now under attack. Freedom of speech for conservatives is now non-existent on America’s university campuses. They are in embryo the one-party state the Democratic Party is working overtime to achieve.

Democrats are determined to destroy the Electoral College, which was designed to protect the minority from the tyranny of the majority.  They are working to destroy America’s borders, give rapists, murderers and Boston Marathon bombers the right to vote, give non-citizens who are here illegally the right to vote, give children the right to vote, and oppose I.D.s at the ballot box so people who disrespect our democracy can vote as many times as they wish.
The war on American democracy has reached a critical point. To grasp the nature of this war, and to understand its goals, it is essential to recognize its origins in the war against Christians. Christian beliefs in the sanctity of life, in free will (and hence individual accountability), and in the flawed nature of humanity are the principal bulwark against our descent into the barbarism which progressivism promises us.

PGA Threatens to Remove Tiger Wood´s Masters Title Due To Use Of Controversial Supplement

Recently Tiger Woods made some comments in an interview with ESPN about a brain booster that could become the biggest event in human history.

Tiger Woods credits his ability to function and maintain focused on such a high level to a certain set of "smart drugs" that enhance cognitive brain function and neural connectivity, while strengthening the prefrontal cortex and boosting memory and recall.

In an interview with ESPN, Tiger Woods said his brain is sharper than ever, clearer and more focused.  He credits a large part to Reviva Brain. Tiger Woods went on to add "The brain is like a muscle, you have to work it and use supplements just like body builders, but for your brain.  That’s what I’ve been doing to enhance my mental capabilities."

Everyone who has taken this, from athletes like Tom Brady to actors like Robert De Niro, have nothing but praise for the brain booster, which doubles IQ, skyrockets energy levels and connects areas of the brain not previously connected. Reviva Brain works so well for these guys, we had to ask... Is it safe?

After 7 years Harvard Scientists Finally Break New Ground & Usher In The Future Of Brain Science With Invention Of New Smart Drug That Increases IQ, Memory And Focus Up To %100
Over a decade ago ago Harvard assembled a team of neuroscientists to work on coming up with a natural brain supplement that could effortlessly boost IQ.
Today, those scientists have the breakthrough they were seeking and made the discovery of a lifetime. They came up with a brain boosting smart drug that surpasses all limits of known science.
The Supplement they created is now THE best treatment available to improve memory, sharpen attention, increase focus and boost overall IQ.
After numerous rounds of testing results were astonishing. One test subject was quoted as saying:
"As soon as swallowed it started working within minutes. All of a sudden, it felt like a dark cloud had been lifted  from in front of me. I was more alert, more focused, had long lasting energy, and experienced a mental clarity that I’d never felt before" – Ben Lishger Harvard Sophomore.

The Lead Researcher on the team, Dr.Rosenhouse, gave us an exclusive inside look at the ingredients that make up this revolutionary smart drug:

"It is engineered with all the ingredients containing vitamins and essentials that your brain needs to ensure improvement in all aspects of cognitive growth, while including short and long term memory, focus, energy, problem solving capabilities and total brain performance.

We are all very grateful and I believe it can help everyone on the planet and take us to the next stage of evolution. We’re very proud."

His associate Dr.Cortigan went on to say:

"This revolutionary brain booster enables your brain to be the most efficient it can. It energizes the tissue and functions deep at a cellular level. It makes your brain cells perform their task genuinely and keeps away all kinds of mental fatigue or weakness. Its truly a remarkable breakthrough."

The economy grew much more that experts anticipated in the first quarter.

The U.S. economy grew at a solid 3.2% annual rate in the first three months of the year, a far better outcome than expected, overcoming a host of headwinds including global weakness, rising trade tensions and a partial government shutdown.
The advance in the gross domestic product, the broadest measure of economic health, marks an acceleration from a 2.2% gain in the previous October-December period, the Commerce Department reported Friday.
However, about half the gain reflected two factors not expected to last — a big jump stockpiling by businesses and a sharp contraction in the trade deficit.

4) Trump’s Message to the NRA Is Breathtaking
Trump made a speech in front of the NRA’s annual meeting, committing to defend the constitutional right to bear arms. But he also remarked on something quite stunning. The Daily Caller reports:
President Donald Trump joked during the National Rifle Association (NRA) annual meeting on Friday that he doesn’t need a gun to stop the attempted “coup” against his presidency.
“Every day of my administration we are taking power out of Washington, D.C., and returning it to the American people — where it belongs. And you see it now better than ever with all of the resignations of bad apples,” the president said.
“They tried for a coup, didn’t work out so well,” he added, presumably referring to the investigation into alleged Russia collusion and the FBI’s attempts to spy on his campaign.
As the crowd of NRA members cheered, Trump slipped in a joke: “And I didn’t need a gun for that one, did I?”
Trump is right to point this out: in which country would an attempted coup NOT result in bloodshed? It is a testament to the American Constitution, due process, and the strength of our institutions that the American president remains in power despite the Deep State wanting him out of office.
